At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees, after discussion, the Board voted to direct SBISD’s legal counsel to consult with the district’s administration and expert witnesses to follow the steps set forth in the Judge’s Order so that they may get a final order from the Judge so that then the Board can pursue an appeal.
