Jennifer Hyland has deep roots in Spring Branch ISD.
Her grandmother worked at Wilchester and Westwood Elementary, her mother attended Edgewood Elementary, Landrum Middle School, and graduated from Spring Woods High School, and Jennifer herself attended Nottingham Elementary, Spring Forest Middle School, and Stratford High School. After earning her degree from Rice University, she and her husband returned to Spring Branch to raise their children, who have followed in her footsteps at Rummel Creek Elementary, Memorial Middle School, and Stratford High School.
Throughout their education, Jennifer was an active volunteer, serving in roles from classroom support to Orchestra Booster Club Secretary and President, as well as a Swim Meet Official.
Jennifer and her husband, Justin, will celebrate 26 years of marriage in March 2025. They are the proud parents of Jake (SHS ’19), Josh (SHS ’22), and Jill (SHS ’27) and live in the Memorial Valley subdivision of Spring Branch. They have been active members of Memorial Church of Christ for nearly 20 years.
